  • Receive cabinetry brochures, countertop samples, warranty info, and referral letters.

Redesign Meeting

  • › Presentation of the reworked design and updated pricing.
  • › Collaborative meeting with your designer and builder to align on construction details.
  • › Approve the final proposal and pricing structure.

Finalization Meeting

  • Detailed review of every aspect of your project.
  • Receive your job package, including two sets of prints and the sales agreement.
  • Discuss delivery and completion dates. 50% deposit is due.
  • Introduction to your Project Coordinator and Delivery Manager.

Finalize Timetable

Roughly 2 weeks prior to delivery, we send a formal letter to confirm all delivery details, ensuring you are prepared for the next stage.

Delivery Day

  • We call the day before to coordinate precise AM or PM timing.
  • Full delivery and inspection of cabinets.
  • 50% balance is due upon delivery.
  • Expect a call from your installer to introduce himself and confirm start time.

Installation

  • › Installer begins layout, finding studs, and hanging cabinetry.
  • › Countertops are templated (delivered approx. 3 weeks later).
  • › Designer and Service Manager visit the job site to ensure a smooth installation.

Our 5-Step Proven Process

Here’s a step-by-step process that you can follow to help you understand what to expect when you contact Dream Kitchens for your design.

01. Visit Showroom

Tour real kitchen and bath displays, touch finishes, and meet your dedicated designer. We note goals, style, budget, and timeline, then book your free in-home visit. You leave with a written plan and a direct contact for questions.

02. In-Home Measure

We visit your home for precise measurements and site photos. We discuss how you cook and gather, if it is a kitchen, and how you bathe and store, if it is a bathroom. We note layout limits, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical. The same day, you get a concise recap with the next steps.

03. Design and Pricing

Review two to three layouts with photo-real renders, storage solutions, and finishes. Pricing is line-itemed and easy to understand. We merge your favorites into one winning plan. Edits are quick and documented, so approvals feel simple and risk-free.

04. Schedule and Delivery

You sign the agreement, choose install dates, and confirm deposits. We order materials, lock your delivery window, and share a simple calendar with milestones. We coordinate with your contractor or ours for cabinetry, counters, tile, plumbing, and electrical.

05. Install and Enjoy

Certified installers fit cabinetry with care, set or template countertops, and complete tile, plumbing, and electrical to spec. We visit the job, then walk through your new kitchen or bath, show how features work, and share a care guide and service contact.
